At HaNoun Store, we strive to provide the best shopping experience for our customers. Please read our Returns & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.

Size Exchange

Size exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging.
A JOD 2.00 size exchange fee applies and is the customer's responsibility.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item or an item different from the one you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will review the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Returns & Refunds

Customers are welcome to inspect their order before accepting delivery.
Once the order has been accepted after inspection, returns and refunds are not permitted.
